Best customer service complaint EVER- United Airlines and the Guitar
For those that haven’t followed the story, this is a great example of using social media and a bit of creativity to get your point across.
Dave Carroll and his mates from the Sons of Maxwell band were on their way to Nebraska to perform. To cut a long story short, the baggage handlers on their flight from Chicago decided to throw the bands guitars across the tarmac causing major damage to the instrument. After much frustration trying to get through to someone to fix the issue he turned to his music prowess and made a song/ video on put it up on YouTube.
